Valentines Day Woes

So yesterday......was valentines Day....and I sat and waited......and sat and waited..........

Did you hear it ring anyone....I thought I heard something...mango...was that you.....>>>>????

nope...nada...what a sad few days....poor MJ....and besides that...I am super super sad that Wally left me....HOHOHUM..................

work and stuff

So I didnt make my entry in for the mango minster...but that is okay...cus I am so busy at work. In this picture i am underneath my moms desk.....I am in protect mode.....if anyone gets close to my treats....whooops...i mean my mom...i can kill at any time. Luckily nobody has tried yet...

On saturday I didnt go to work with mom...and all heck broke loose...it was 2 in the morning before she got herself home from work. To me that means trouble....Anyhow I saw this picture of this little beast of sorts......apparenlty people have these things hanging in there house and the thing bounces. It looks like fun. I hope we can find one of our own some day....

Oh isnt this pretty. I am sure we have put these pictures on before...but I (and by I, I mean my mom) love the mountains and the ocean....she gets to look at this from her desk every day.

Well it is time for me to go to sleep...This is what I do. I work all day and I sleep all night...So goodnight....and good luck to you all in the Mango Minster...........I will be cheering from my office....mj out...

First of all these are pretty bad photos cuz mom took them off her phone...so they arent big and beautiful like they usually are. I am pretty sure how I AM VERY happy in this picture....Do you want to know why I am so happy...I have a job....now most of you think that would be a bad thing, but jobs mean i see alot of people , they give me lots of cuddles, and lots of pats, and lots and lots of treats. I am just so happy to be at work with my mom.

Here i am working very very hard....seriously...it doesnt reallly look like I am working very hard..but in fact...you see what looks like a line there....that is the doorway to my boss' office. My boss is Jay....he is my life.. I would kill for him. Seriously, if anyone bothers him I will tear them up. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR....I am just putting that out there in case anyone is thinking of anything....(note to self....gosh i hope nobody tried anything)

Oh gosh....well this is break time, I am having a bit of a sleep here. Sometimes when you work really really hard you need to have a nap. But see how my ears are all up like that, I am listening for trouble. And mom wants you to know I do have a bed at work ....I just prefer not to use it. Anyhow I am sure there are alot of things i should tell you...but I really need to nap....Mom gave me these lovely treats today that are supposed to make my arfritis quit hurting....and I think they work cuz i have been rather sleepy. We think she might cut down the dose tomorrow....

PUPPY Alert

NO photos today folks...just questions. Why does it always have to happen to me....why is it that when things are finally getting good....mom has to go and screw everything up....dangit all....I wAKE UP this morning and suddenly i am bombarded by puppy breath....stinky stupid puppy breath. I know you would all like photos....but they have to wait until mom finds the camera and such.....what i will tell you is mom singly handedly rescued an adorable boxer puppy. He is about 6 months old...his name is Dante....and man is he full of energy. He pooped already 15 times today....We dont knwo what to do. He seems happy enough, but he needed to get out of where he was. In a month or so mom will be looking for a forever home for Dante. She just wants to make sure he is healthy. He is still intact....and we are pretty sure he is pure bred but no papers.....For sure Dante is going to be a pain in my butt, but...the little gaffer needs some lovin...Mom is taking me to work tomorrow to get a break from him. I think that just may make me love him. Anyhow anyone know anyone who is wishing for a boxer puppy...let us know...bye for now...pictures will be available in a couple days.....MJ out

Guess what I found out last night.......I found out that it doesnt REALLY matter if you are good or bad.....Santa still comes. This, my dear friends, is a very important lesson.
The trouble started yesterday when Mother had the NERVE to go to work without me. I have made myself an escape route that the old beast cannot figure out. So....she gets home from work hours later....and guess what....I showed her. I was MIA......I sure showed her. Anyhow the bad news is that the feds caught up with me...yep..I was arrested like a common criminal...They tried to torture me by putting me in a cell with a bunch of other criminals.....When my mom found out where I was she went to see Dog Chapman....the bail bondsman...got some money...and made bail....WHEW,,,I was locked up forevvvvvvvvvvvvvvver...I think an hour or so....Let me tell you kids...doing time sucks....I do not reccommend this for anyone...


Oh god....look at my dorky family....enough said here...

so tired....we were up late last night....and after being on the lam for hours yesterday all this ole girl wants to do is sleep and dream of my big Mango and hope that he doesnt mind being linked with a convict....

Sumpins Up...

See this dog....well sumpins up...this dog was at a wedding. Yaaaa right...who takes dogs to weddings.....AND if someone does take dogs to wedding....why wasnt I invited. I know how to behave at a wedding. Mom said the foood was really good. She also told me I couldnt come cuz no dogs go to weddings, then I see this. hmmmmmm....

See this little wiener dog....pretty cute eh...NOT...this little wiener was at my work on Friday. I was on a flex day.....in bed with DAD...and this little dog was at work doing who knows what with my mom and my boss. I am sure he is cute and all...but that is my job. I am going to count my cookies when i get there tomorrow. There will be no cookie stealing if i have anything to say about it...grrrrrr

So here we are welcoming a new dog to the park. I may or may not have been a little less than impressed that the dog was coming. I didnt recognize her....but once i smelled her she was an okay old broad. she is a white and black spaniel...you cant see her...but she was pretty...still...we have to be fussy about who shows up....Who didnt show up was Sam and Pippen

Wow it smells soooooooooooooooooo good down here....I havent been here forever. I love my beach......and this finally photo is for you know who....you young pups be carefull...and Mango I am warning you ahead..........

Its been awhile...sorry

I am not sure if you I have told you yet, that I have a job now. Yes, I go to work with mom. At first I though ,"what am I going to do at work....I cant type, and I hate telephones." Anyhow apparently my job is not so stressful. Basically I am there for cuddle support. Because of this I need plenty of sleep. Don't you wish that all of you could take your bed to work with you? Today I got a box of chocolates from work, but mom said she will trade me for some chicken treats so I gave it to her.

Here is me checking out what the boys in the warehouse are doing. They need me to keep an eye on them. Sometimes I hear them laugh and stuff and we just dont like that sort of thing at work.

This is the view first thing in the morning from my office. Isnt that nice. Mom almost enjoys it...but it usually means I will have to get up before 7 in the morning. It is very beautiful.

This is a rather odd photo. My mom wanted to post the kind of pictures my dad takes when he is away at sea "working" so hard. This is a big old silver butt. and look, he is peeing. See men are wierd that way. mom said its too bad she cant see his fave...

Also I would lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve to thank my big man Mango....i got a christmas card from him. It made me so happpy. We couldnt afford the Christmas Card exchange this year....So it was nice to get one.

Anyhow tomorrow I will tell you more about work....and let you in on a little secret of this crazy house right now.....

This is actually a picture from last Christmas....apparently we don't take many pictures of me as much....unless it is with the cell phone...then it goes on some stupid place called facebook...but anyhow...i need to tell you all that i missed you. My dad was away for awhile with my mom's camera,, and mom is working like a crazy person....and today all heck broke loose....mom came home from work and someone was missing. heheheheh.....I was just so mad that she wouldnt take me to work....so as soon as she left...I decided it was time to escape. I cant tell you how I escaped, that would cause a little bit of a problem if I ever want to escape again. Anyhow I escaped. I just needed to get out and see what was going on in the world. MOm came home from work to get me, she says we were going to go to the beach, and anyhow when she found that I had escaped she freaked out. She looked everywhere....and guess where she found me...you would never ever guess...not in one day....i was across the street....a very busy street....(admirals road if you live her) and I was at the doggy spa.....they told mom they found me wandering around outside....NOT>..i was going there on purpose....I even had a manicure while I was there. (mom said that is what i get for scaring her half to death....whateverrrrrrrrr..) Anyhow I am home safe and sound...and hopefully I will be on more often...I need to go back to sleep. I am very very very tired...and MANGO...next time I escape I am coming to see you. Time to go now. I need to sleep . MJ OUT

so today was another dingy rainy day on the island....mom seems to like walking me in the rain....which is weird cuz i like to stay out longer when it is cool...and she wants to get home..

Its like the Emeral Isle here....all summer the grass was ugly and yellow...now look at it...so clean and fresh...and so many places to poop..it took forever to find the perfect place

Trees and WTF

So today is kinda yucky and rainy outside....which is good cuz mom was going to clean the house and she hates doing it....and she especially hates doing it when it is beautiful outside....So anyhow we went to the park. As you can see here they have flagged off this area so nobody but me will come here. It is nice to have a special area. Mom kept squaking about not being able to go in here...what does she know....
Mother considers herself quite the photographer. You will notice the shot of me near this tree......oh whoops...maybe you wont...great photography old girl.....(sometimes we just have to humor her...do any of you pups have this problem)

Now here is another lovely tree. But at least she got me in the photo for a change...
