Home Alone while Mommy visits

I know this is hard to see...but this is me...poor lonely MJ, waiting for my momma to come home and tell me about her fun trip with auntie and gramma and maggie and charlie ..and uncle les and daddy. I sometimes wonder why they dont bring me along...but I got scooby snacks..

These are the paws of a giant black bear...arent they big and scarey looking...well..okay..they are maggies paws...mom things they are very cute...whatever....but she likes paws...so whatcan i do..
This is lucky Charlie sitting in front of the fire place...guarding his rawhide...he makes maggie chew it till it is soft, then he takes over...Charlie is as smart as he looks...And that was my exciting day ...i slept and they played. It talks....just like our moms and dads....it sings...like almost anybody you can imagine...it impersonates comedians ....ellen degeneres comes out of its mouth...guys....and gals...please helpt me figure out a way to rid the world of these space men....should i call NASA? HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

i GOT So many Happy Valentines Wishes from so Many hunky puppies that I just had to post
a few pictures of myself on Valentines day. Mom and I just got back from a nice walk when she took these photos. I think I look pretty good if I do say so myself.
I tried to smile in these photos...but mom says I am jsut tooo serious. It is just that I am thinking about all my Valentines and how far away they are. I wonder how many of you are trapped in the snow that is all over the TV. All we have here is rain today. I wish we had the snow. I love the snow...alot...

Anyhow I finally got the spaghetti...this is not an everynight dinner for me....but it could be...anyhow my mom and i were talking and we would like to know who thinks it would be fun to have everybodies birthdates so we can send birthdays cards. It will be fun cuz at least you only have to send one or two at a time..or maybe a little gift...whatever you please. Is anyone else interested in doing this...We would have to write our birthdays down...and have some sort of way to give out address cuz mom lost our chritstmas list...doesnt anyone else think this is a good idea? let me know...and we can figure it out....anyhow i need to go and beg for desert...MJ OUT

My best IN TOWN friends

This is Buddy. I dont know where he comes from or how old he is but he is very cute. Bear brought him over one day for cookies. He will eat any cookie my mom gives him. And he is very thankful every time.

This is Bear. SHE used to be very thankful for all the cookies we gave her. Mom accidentally gave her a yummy chocolate flavored cookie that I got special for christmas. Mom thought it was a good idea to give her a special treat. Now BEAR turns her big nose on the cookies. The one beside her is a special peanut/honey cookie. Bear...is going to be cookieless if she doesnt get less picky.

This is my cousin Maggie. She is soooooooooooooooooo cute. My mom went to visit her but I had to stay at home. I am not allowed to visit Maggie until it is outside weather. That sucks. But mommy said they just have too much nice stuff in there house...and we will probably play so much we will knock it over.

This is my favorite girl puppy. I think she is an Irish Setter. She is beautiful though...at least my mom thinks she is...and i kinda like her too...

So I had a really tough morning...I have a new job....I am exercising mom. I guess you could call me a drill Sergeant. Someone has to do it...and because everyone else was at work...i guess it has to be me. We went to Saxe point for my meeting at the local bark park...but...alas...no barkers out there this morning. Once I did my business, mom said it was time to go home. I said...but mom it is a beautiful day....lets go across the street and run around a bit. MOM was seriously not going for any of this and headed for the car. BUT..I saw my park keeper buddy. So I ran across to say hi to him, and mom called me and i said...come and get me big girl...come on...you can do it. So mom came and got me, BUT, I decided that she needed more exercise, so just when she got within touching distance to put my leash on ., I ran like the wind. MOM ran after me, caught up to me...I ran...and this went on for a bout 15 minutes. By then I was wore out so we went home. What a fun morning. Anyhow you all have a good week. I think mom will be home all day tomorrow so we are going to go to my favorite bark park...i will let you know if I see "Opy" again...I still dont believe it was not her. Gotta go and have a snack...MJ OUT...

Oh what a way to end the week...

First of all....if they dont want to share with me...why do they put it where, if I stretch myself to amazing heights. I can help myself...and....i did save most of the apple for my brother Richard. (In case you dogs are wondering...way worth the dreadful scorn of dad...heheheheheh)
Today we went to Flemings beach. IT is a mossssssst beautiful day outside. Mom had a hard time taking pictures of me cuz I was very busy getting to know all my friends again. This little girls name is Sarah....hahahah...she is sortof a red head like my sister Sarah...she is very social and loves having her picture taken...and she likes to look for treats...wow...she is just like my sister. (please dont tell her I said that...)

This is NOT OPY...I was so excited I could barely stand it....This lumpy ole girls name is Tizzy, and she is 14 years old. They had to stop for a rest break cuz Tizzy was pooped out. She is a very sweet girl...a little slow to run and jump all over...but her butt smelled good...and for this girl...that is good enough for me.

I cant remember this fellas name, but i love his hair do. He has two silver baretts in his hair to keep it out of his eyes. His mom said that without them he walks into things. I think that would be funny to see... After this i went and found some awesome mucky big puddles...nothing makes a girls skin smoother than a good mud bath. (sorry dudley no photos available for my mud bath)..any how it was kinda cold out....but mom made my brother throw a stick in the ocean so that I could get the mud off me....What fun...i had a friend, who also had a cool pink collar....come in the water.

So you only get a picture of my butt...but mom said that was cuz i moved so fast today she couldnt get a picture of my head...i think i finally figured out how to outsmart the dang camera.

Anyhow big news at our house...my mom and my brother want another dog.....I think I want a brother or a sister also...but we arent sure. So anyhow mom decided to sign up to be a foster mom. So now...we filled out all the important papers....and they are going to phone mommy and I might be a foster sister. I asked mom to try and get an ugly dog. I think then she will have less chance of falling in love with an ugly dog....donthca all agree.? Anyhow whatever happens I will let you all know. I am pretty excited . (Mom just said there is no such think as an ugly dog....(i dont think she has seen the chinese crested))

The Importance of a good blanket....

I know you are all wondering where I have been all week....well....quite honestly, I have been home, sleeping...on my blankets. I sometimes dont do much....except sleep....and all you pups out there need to know this....that that is A okay...a good blanket is very important. This is me playing Super MJ...in My doggy blanket.

This is my friend MR OWL....i got him for christmas...I love MR Owl so I am letting him sleep on some of my blankets. The white One is my favorite. It drives MOM crazy that I love it so much...cuz well...a black dog...a white blanket...you do the math....

Here is me on my couch with my new doggy blanket...my brother won it for me at a party...It is covered in so many different doggy's, even studley dudley is on my blanket...so awesome.

I NEAR DIED

OH WHAT A NIGHT....PICTURE IT....VICTORIA BC....2007....TRYING TO SLEEP IN MY MOM AND DADS BED, and the next thing you know I am on the floor at the end of the bed. I am pretty SURE that DAD kicked me out of bed. He is very selfish with HIS space...ya whatever. Anyhow ..Mom thought i just decided to sleep on the floor....(she realizes how stupid that was now....MJ doesnt sleep on the floor.....what does she think I am ....a dirty pair of dad's undershorts>)..anyhow...suddenly ...as mother tells it...she hears this tiny little wimper. MJ is not a big crybaby...so she wakes up and tries to get me to come to her. I am just standing there and won't m ove. Now mom is concerned...so she turns on the light...and what does she see? She sees ME...with the duvet cov er.....tangles around my poor little pitbull neck. Well...I near died and dad barely even woke up. MEN...go figure.....Mom got me untangled...took me to the treat cupboard ....and gave me some yummy treats....then she tucked me into my bed on my couch...where I knew i would be safe...just me and my little stuffy...gosh....if it werent for my wonderful mom.....all i can say is.....Moms rule and Dads drool.....MJ OUT...

Okay I am a little embarassed by these photos....but it had to happen. I, Mary Jane Potter, am addicted to butter. Help me out there....what is a girl to do...that yummy yellow creamy taste....they leave it sitting right there on the top of the counter where if i climb and stretch a bit it is just too available. Yellow creamy goodness....oh doggies out there...what is a girl to do...I need help...and I need it bad....My brother tried to do an intervention....i hope it worked...i think it worked....but man....if i could just get one last lick..i promise i will never ever ever....probably ever....try it again.....do you think a puppy prayer circle would help me here....or should we save those for the bigger things in life....MJ OUT>>>>dreaming of .......dudley....(you thought i was going to say butter didnt you)

MJ Loves the SNOW

Here I am going outside to inspect every single inch of the snow...being the inspector..I do this several times during the day....

Oh mom, dont make me come in....there is alot of snow to inspect...let me check out the back yard for a few more minutes...

This is the view of the houses in our back yard...it is so pretty....I just wish mom stayed home all day so I can stay outside....I think I am mostly husky. I have this tiny little tusk of husky hair above my tail...mom is pretty sure I have alot of husky blood though...i prefer snow to anything...even the water...and I am supposed to be a part lab...hmmm...who knows...I just know that the snow better be here tomorrow when I wake up...cuz mom will be home tomorrow and we can play and play and play...so fun...well all you poor doggies with no snow...you can dream a little...slobbery mj kisses....MJ OUT

This little character had an attitude problem...so grumpy...but he loved to run and chase Bella....and Bella loved to let him...she was quite a tease

I dont know what kind of doggy this is...he looked like a giant airdale...but I dont know how big airdales are so.....any hints out there?
So this seemed a bit inappropriate....i was trying to see what the cocker was doing to teh little dog....I am very inquisitive if nothing else...enquiry minds need to know...
